NATIONAL ANOMALY COMMITTEE MEETING

The Official Side of National Council JCM has come forward to convene the ‘National Anomaly Committee’ on 17.07.2012 just nine days before the March to Parliament Rally by the Confederation of CG Employees on 14 Point Charter of Demands that includes convening of the National Anomaly Committee. This is due to the effect of earlier Programme of Telegram Campaign as well as the preparations for the Parliament March.

The Meeting of the National Anomaly Committee will be held at 3.00 P.M. on 17^th July, 2012 in the Committee Room No.119, North Block, New Delhi.

FINANCIAL POWERS TO JUNIOR ENGINEERS UNDER PERMANENT IMPREST IN RESPECT OF WORKS ENHENCED TO RS 500/-

Demand of the ‘Association of Junior Engineers, CWC’ to enhance the financial powers of the Junior Engineers under permanent imprest in respect of works to ensure smooth functioning of the field offices/sites has been considered by the Central Water Commission. Orders to enhance the powers from existing ` 250/- to ` 500/- has been issued. Copy of the order is placed below-

INFORMATION ABOUT RETIREMENT BENEFITS

As you are very well aware that the employees posted in field offices of Central Water Commission are facing problems in getting their retirement benefits in time. We had submitted an agenda item for timely payment of the retirement benefits of the employees. The item is likely to be discussed in the sub committee meeting of Departmental Council (MOWR) proposed to be held on 23-05-2012. It is requested that the list of the employees (any cadre), who have been retired from Government Service but their retirement benefits are yet to be paid by the PAO, CWC may please be sent to the Association through email on or before 22-05-2012. We will try our best for timely payment of their dues.
